Forever Now is Andrew’s first book. Comprising of almost two hundred stand alone pages based on the yoga philosophy of advaita Vedanta. It extends an invitation to go beyond the stories we tell about ourselves, and in turn notice that there really is something that is ever present. The realization is of who you already are, not about someone you will become or something that needs fixing or imagining, it is simply about the freedom from mis-identification. Some of the pages apply the understanding of non duality to everyday matters such as anger or relationships whilst others seek to use plain language to point to a realisation that is at once profound and yet also something that in truth each already knows.
